This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested for purchases made on www.ohrisons.com (“Website”).
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Please note that due to the delicate nature of ethnic clothing, minor color variations, embroidery differences, or fabric irregularities will not be considered as defects.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized, stitched, or altered garments (including made-to-order items)
- Products purchased on sale, discount, or during promotional offers
- Accessories, jewelry, or innerwear
- Items returned without proper packaging, tags, or invoice
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back to our address within 7 days of approval.
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchange Policy
We will offer exchange only if the requested size or product is available in stock.
If not, a store credit or refund may be issued as per eligibility.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
- In cases where refunds are not possible (e.g., COD orders), a store credit of equivalent value will be issued.
Please note:
Shipping, COD, or convenience charges are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@ohrisons.com.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
